How to Get a List of Voters

Political parties and municipalities may obtain the voters list from the Probate Judge at no cost. Alabama Code 17-3-53 (1975)

Pursuant to Alabama Code 17-4-35 (1975), members of the general public as well as candidates for political office, must now order voters lists through the Office of the Secretary of State’s Office.
